Job Description
Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations or upgrades.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a focus on Core HR and Compensation modules.
Minimum of 2 years managing full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
Advanced knowledge of modules like Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.
Proficiency in report and analytics development using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Experience in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting reports, as well as working with Oracle on product bugs..
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
