Production Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring

efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional

teams to optimize production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage production processes to ensure efficient operations

and timely delivery of products.

• Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements, develop solutions,

and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality

meets industry standards and specifications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and

improve product design for manufacturability.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,

promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing,

or related field).

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Skills:

○ Strong problem-solving skills, analytical & critical thinking.

○ Proficiency in production and manufacturing processes.

○ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

○ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
