Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding and orientation for new hires. - Help maintain employee records and update HR databases. - Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR communications and documentation. - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and training programs. - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. - Assist with performance management processes and maintain related documentation. - Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications: - Any degree - MBA Preferred - Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. - Basic understanding of HR principles and practices (internship experience or coursework related to HR is a plus). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
