Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the IT industry.. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical roles, including software developers, data scientists, and IT consultants.. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.. Desirable Skills. Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and techniques..
