Looking for person who is well versed issue reissue/ refund tickets ON GDS - Galileo Amadeus Sabre and handle agents and Queries independently.
Responsibilities:
Ticketing: Issue, reissue, exchange, and void airline tickets using Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre GDS systems.
Refunds: Process ticket refunds efficiently and accurately, adhering to airline rules and regulations.
Fare Calculations: Calculate fares, taxes, and other applicable charges.
Agent Support: Provide timely and professional support to travel agents, answering their questions and resolving ticketing issues.
Queue Management: Manage GDS queues effectively, ensuring timely processing of requests.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Problem Solving: Resolve complex ticketing issues, including schedule changes, cancellations, and overbookings.
Knowledge Updates: Stay up-to-date on airline rules, regulations, fare changes, and GDS system updates.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Other duties: As assigned.
