Job description:

  • Manage and grow India’s Solution engineering team ensuring we continue to hire and retain top talent in the market
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support key deals, as well as sign new logos.
  • Focus on innovation- ensure the team is constantly innovating in its approach to solution selling
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer
  • Drive deep Customer Engagement through influencing the customer's broader IT strategy
  • Work closely with the Sales organization to develop and implement growth plans to drive our strategic vision.
  • Embody Salesforce values and provide exemplary leadership
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends in the fintech & Lending space
  • Articulate unique and competitive solutions leveraging our capability to enable broader opportunities.
  • Deliver innovative and compelling proposals efficiently. Create and collate content, create technical solution and deal pricing, customize case studies and collaterals, process flow diagrams, get required approvals and ensure timely completion and submission of the RFI/RFP response.
  • Concluding from what is uncovered of the customers business and their goals, deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales/solution consulting in Banking and Financial services industry
  • 5+ years of working experience with FinTech’s
  • Preferably coming from a technical background and passionate towards innovation
  • Sales orientated, broad-based pre-sales, sales leadership or consulting experience with a track record of growing a footprint in a region
  • Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers, participating in achieving forecasts, while maintaining a focus on team development and growth
  • Ability to manage, evaluate and develop the existing teams and reshape it as necessary while mentoring and inspiring the team
  • Strong understanding of Lending and fintech domain
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at the CXO level
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into applications.
