Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, specially senior joiners - Assist in organizing orientation programs, documentation and background checks - Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their queries and concerns - Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth integration - Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience
