Lenskart - Manager - Supply Chain Finance - CA (5-7 yrs)

The Supply Chain Finance Manager at the Bhiwadi plant will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis related to the supply chain operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure cost efficiency, profitability, and financial integrity across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

- Working on month end MIS, preparing detailed variance analysis.

- Executing effective operations and production forecasting process.

- Execute cost improvement initiatives in the Supply Chain to reduce inefficiencies and waste throughout the value chain.

- Challenge the status quo and provide fact based insights to improve business performances.

- Opex and Capex management: Outbound Logistics cost, Packaging and Opex, Capex case Evaluation & capitalization.

- Keeping control over the BS ledgers and schedule relevant for SCF RP system.

Requirements:

- CA with 5-7 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment setting or Factory.

- Have a detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control / management systems and ERP.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under timelines and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- Relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications excel & word in particular and a working knowledge or business.
