We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store and ensure that it operates in accordance with brand standards. The Store Manager will be responsible for providing financial reports, interpreting financial information, and recommending courses of action to the managerial staff. This individual will also be responsible for communicating product schemes and offers to regional managers and ensuring their implementation. Additionally, the Store Manager will ensure that customer needs are met quickly, efficiently, and accurately in all areas of the facility. This role requires excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with brand standards
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the managerial staff
Communicate product schemes and offers to regional managers and ensure their implementation
Ensure that customer needs are met quickly, efficiently, and accurately in all areas of the facility
Coach and develop the store team, providing meaningful insights, candid feedback, and clear direction
Manage stock levels and make key decisions regarding stock control
Protect food margins through consistent execution of par levels
Approve contracts and maintain inventories to ensure availability of merchandise and services
Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment throughout the store
Conduct inspections of materials to ensure quality and quantity standards are met
Drive and motivate performance through effective feedback and leadership
Ensure that the store meets brand standards and is prepared for mystery shops
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a relevant field preferred
4-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of basic business management processes
In-depth experience in back-end and front-end retail operations
Customer service-oriented with the ability to create a positive working environment
Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret financial information
Experience in managing inventory and adhering to strict financial controls
Experience working in a premium brand or high-end retail environment is preferred
