Troubleshoot and resolve basic Azure-related issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching and upgrades
Provide first-level support for Azure-related incidents
Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
Basic understanding of Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security)
Knowledge of Azure Portal and PowerShell/CLI
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability1 to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (preferred)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Azure administration
