Position - Sr Exe / Asst Mgr - Training & Development
Roles & Responsibilities-
-Employee Onboarding - Plan and execute effective induction and orientation sessions
-End to End planning and execution of training activities for company-owned outlets
-Handle new store openings and refresher training activities
-Follow and execute individual growth plans and assessments for store staff as per SOP's defined
-Multiple outlet visit - field training for Ops excellence
-Conduct Training Audits, all other audits action plan review for 100% compliance
