Job Description:

The candidate will serve as a Senior Piping Engineer, bringing substantial proficiency in piping design, managing works and clients within the Industrial domain business for Lektus. He shall be backed by a proficient team of engineers specializing in the piping domain, primarily stationed at the Lektus Infrastructure office in Pune. We require an experienced Senior Piping Engineer with a demonstrable history of spearheading design initiatives within the Industrial business domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide Design Solutions related to Piping for Industrial and Process plants.
• Preparing concepts and preliminary piping routes/layouts for process areas.
• Preparing Detailed Designs for Piping and Equipment with design basis reports.
• Preparation of Smart P&IDs (Plant3D preferred)
• Preparation of Equipment Layouts, GAs, 3D Models, Isometrics of Piping.
• Design of Pipe Supports and Modelling
• Preparation of Piping specifications and catalogues.
• Should have comprehensive knowledge of performing pipe stress analysis and materials.
• Piping Routing planning and layouts in co-ordination with other disciplines.
• Design & Development of Piping General Arrangement, Yard Piping within the plant.
• Preparation of MTOs, BOM and Reports.
• Extraction of various reports like Equipment list, Interferences, Line List, Design Parameters, & Insulation etc.
• Administration of Plant 3D model, customization to suit project requirements, and support to multi-disciplinary end users of the model.
• Co-ordinating with Off-Shore teams for project and progress updates

Required Skills:

• Candidates with Water/Wastewater related experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge in International Codes and Practices and global engineering standards.
• Good knowledge of MS office tools.
• Collaborative Skills with Clients, Stakeholders, Project Management and Design Teams.
• Good Spoken English and written English is essential.
• Experience is Middle Eastern and US projects are preferred.
• Should have a valid passport.
