Manager Cloud Infrastructure Engineering BOT

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager to oversee and manage our cloud infrastructure delivery team. The Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Engineering will lead and oversee the cloud infrastructure engineering team, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the organizations cloud infrastructure. Key responsibilities for this roll will include managing application deployments, creating and reviewing automation scrips.

Key Responsibilities. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.. Oversee Cloud and Co-located Systems: Manage the deployment, operation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Heroku) and co-located systems (e.g., Rackspace, Expedient).. Ensure System Performance: Maintain availability, performance, and security of cloud systems through effective monitoring, maintenance, and incident response, meeting business SLAs and defined KPIs and OKRs.. Develop Policies and Best Practices: Create and enforce cloud operation policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance and security. Work with the Cloud Architect and other stakeholders to design scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions..

Disaster Recovery Planning: Lead disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud services, providing support and troubleshooting as needed..
