We are seeking a qualified Finance & Accounts responsible for supporting various financial and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian regulations. This role is suited for freshers and professionals with 2-4 years of experience, offering an opportunity to grow in core areas of finance, accounts, and taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations: Assist in maintaining general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Taxation: Support the preparation and filing of GST returns, direct and indirect tax submissions, and assist in tax audits and assessments.
- Statutory Audits: Collaborate in statutory and internal audit processes as per ICAI guidelines and ensure all regulatory compliances.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including company law and corporate governance.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (if applicable): Provide initial research and analysis support in M&A activities, including due diligence.
Qualifications:
- ICAI fresher or candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
- Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
