Graduate Engineer Trainee / Engineer

Role & responsibilities: We are hiring for the Planning, Tendering, Order Management, Design, New Product Development, Quality and Production departments ( 6 vacancies). Salary will be best in the industry. Preferable from BE Mechanical/Industrial Engineering only

Planning R&R:

Inventory management

Sub-con activities planning & follow up

System implementation for material planning & for other planning related activities

Transportation planning for Sub-con & other local materials collections

Material reconciliation

Material Planning for the production and follow up with purchase department

Design:

3D model creation

Assembly drawing preparation

Drawing submission for approval

Part number & Bill of material creation.

Part number assigning for projects.

Hands on experience in Solid works

Oder Management:

Order Forwarding to Production department.

Part Number & BOM Follow ups with Engineering team, Sharing Bom and Part number pending list Daily basis

Data Entry in SAP, Sending OA (order Acceptance),So Booking, Sending PI, Sap Delivery, PO Amendment, packing request.

So booking and delivery Double checking

Following up for drawing approval/Submission Status With Design team

Sending Customer feedback Form to customers and taking the feedbacks

Production:

To ensure that shop floor personnel follow the organizations policies & procedures.

Provide guidance & direction to the shop floor personnel.

Achievement of set Production targets.

Co-ordinate daily shop floor activities and delegate assignments to shop floor personnel.

Monitor and maintain material / workflow through the facility.

Ensure that material handlers supply the workstations with material quickly & efficiently.

Monitor & enforce the shop floor personnel to use the PPEs & follow safety policies.

New Product Development:

Responsible for in & out follow-ups for allocated new products development

3D Model Understanding and Preparation

Drawings Drafting and Submission for approval

Creating & Updating of Part numbers and BOM

Follow-ups with Internal teams for implementation of new Products / Projects / Process

Process implementation and preparation of document

Testing of new products developed / modified products

Type Test Coordination with laboratories

Type Test Reports Documentation

Quality:

Attending customer issues, decision to on final product release, meeting customer quality time to time.

Supplier quality output, Testing, Calibration, Conducting and scheduling Customer inspections, Processes report verification

Tendering:

Understanding the product, customer requirements and submitting the quotations

Arranging the supporting documents as per the customers requirements

Costing of the products

Follow up with customers for orders

Updating the database for quotes and PO's

Support the marketing team with documents

Preferred candidate profile :
