Job Description
As a Software QA Engineer at LegalKart, youll work closely with our QA and Engineering team to ensure the quality of the Companys product by supporting the software engineering team in building and releasing new features and maintaining the existing platform functionality.
- Experienced ;test ;analyst between 2-6 yrs with strong hands-on manual nbsp;testing nbsp;experience
- Experience of functional, non-functional, system, integration, performance and regression nbsp;testing
- Experience in cross browser nbsp;testing.
- Thorough understanding of formalised QA processes and concepts including various nbsp;testing nbsp;methodologies
- Undergraduate degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience of automation; creating and running automated frameworks in nbsp;Test nbsp;Complete is appreciable.

- As Software Engineer you will support the nbsp;Test nbsp;Manager by thinking innovatively about how best to nbsp;test nbsp;web based project and mobile apps.
- Analyse new and changed functionality to create detailed and comprehensive;test ;plans, ;test nbsp;cases and nbsp;test nbsp;scripts using agreed standards and processes
- Proactively communicate with subject matter experts to derive precise and detailed nbsp;testing nbsp;expected outcomes
- Execute manual nbsp;testing, record nbsp;test nbsp;results accurately within specified project timeframes
- Document and record defects or problems, tracking status of defects, and verifying resolution during the nbsp;testing nbsp;lifecycle
- Escalate issues to the nbsp;Test nbsp;Manager and Project Team
- Perform functional, database, integration and regression nbsp;testing nbsp;as required
- Develop and maintain documentation relating to QA practices
- Good understanding of relational databases a solid knowledge of SQL
- Be comfortable working with spreadsheets and large data sets
