Senior Manager/ Manager - Legal (Non-Litigation)

Role & responsibilities:

1. Acquisition of land & projects - Conducting due diligence, drafting conveyance documents, DA documents, lease agreements, and other legal instruments.

2. Managing litigation with respect to those projects with the help and coordination of external solicitor/advocate, corporate documentation.

3. Handling redevelopment projects of co-operative housing societies, drafting various agreements and legal documents. SRA, MHADA redevelopment experience will be preferable

4. Drafting and vetting partnership deeds, sale agreements, rectification deeds, and legal opinions.

5. Practical knowledge of RERA registration process, litigation to coordinate with external consultant

6. Liaising with Authorities, external legal professionals for litigation and legal procedures.

Preferred candidate profile : LLB or LLM or Any graduate with 10-14 years experience
