Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation, including drafting retail rental lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Getting lease agreement registered with various competent registrar /authorities in NCR
- Review and vetting contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice on non-litigation matters related to real estate / rental transactions.
- Handle litigations by coordinating with other legal counselors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal correspondence, notices, and filings.
