- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts such as License agreement, service agreement, vendor agreement, alliance agreements etc.
- Drafting of consultant agreement, employment agreement, consent letters etc.
- Experience in drafting policies such as privacy policy, CCPA , GDPR and DPDP policies.
- Coordinating with external counsel, advising and assisting the company in filing Intellectual Property documents.

- Graduate, LLB
