Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents such as agreements, deeds, contracts, notices, and other related papers.
  
• Conduct research on various laws and regulations to provide expert advice on legal matters.
  
• Draft affidavits, petitions, replies to court notices, and other legal documents with precision.
  
• Provide guidance on non-litigation issues like licensing and compliance matters.
  
• Assist in drafting wills and trusts for clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Legal Executive).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  
• Excellent knowledge of legal drafting skills including agreements, deeds, contracts etc.
  
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
