We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and interfaces for our digital products, combining strong design principles with technical implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Translate wireframes and visual designs into responsive, interactive interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create interactive prototypes and mockups
• Implement designs using modern front-end technologies
• Ensure consistency in design implementation across all platforms
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React JS, Svelte JS)
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop) with demonstrable experience
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design and development
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approaches and problem-solving abilities
• Expert understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design methodology
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (including preprocessors)
• Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and web standards
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with UI animation and interactive design
• Basic understanding of UX writing principles
