Job Description

Collaborate with international clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and translate them into business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional requirements documents (FRDs).
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and prioritize user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and elicit feedback.
Identify and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Management is rude. 2. No fix timing. 3. High work pressure. 4. You can't say no to any work they provided. Otherwise your job will be in trouble. 5. They don't give any warning. Directly ask for resignation . So, no job security. 6. Flexible timing but you should be available whenever they call. They can call you at any time whether it is 10-11 PM. 7. Hard for work life balance.
