AI Technical Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, including product, technical, support, and sales teams, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
• Align with the organization's vision and values, ensuring adherence to policies and intellectual property protection.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements, translating them into actionable insights and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, prepare reports, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance customer success strategies and product offerings.
• Monitor customer engagement, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with customer success, sales, and product teams to refine customer experience and improve retention rates.
• Drive customer onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to maximize product utilization and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AI solutions based on customer requirements and use cases.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, gather feedback, and proactively address any issues to strengthen customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in extracting actionable insights from data.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions for non technical stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and executing AI-driven projects that drive customer success and business growth.
