AM - Human Resource - Performance Management System

Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and enthusiastic HR lead with a strong background in Performance Management Systems (PMS) / reward and incentive management system . The ideal candidate will have experience in, implementing, and managing performance evaluation processes that align with our organizational goals Knowledge of PMS . The candidate must have knowledge of KRA's and KPI's This role involves working closely with department heads, managers, and employees to ensure effective performance management practices are established and maintained. The candidate must have knowledge of quarterly / half yearly / annual review system performance review system

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Management System PMS.
• Knowledge on draft of KRA & KPI's.
• Performance Feedback and Evaluation.
• Continuous Improvement / Performance improvement plan.
• Collaboration and Communication with team / team leads

Qualifications & Skills Require

• MBA degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Performance Management Systems / Reward and recognition.
• Strong understanding of performance management theory, principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in performance management tools.
• Good knowledge and command on analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good exposure ion computers / PPT's / Presentations.
