Role & responsibilities

1. Subject Expertise:

• In-depth Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge and expertise in the respective subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology).
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the curriculum and exam patterns.

2. Curriculum Planning:

• Syllabus Management: Develop a well-structured syllabus plan for the assigned batches.
• Timely Completion: Ensure timely completion of the syllabus to allow ample time for revision and practice.

3. Teaching and Instruction:

• Effective Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective lectures using various teaching methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Emphasize problem-solving techniques and application of theoretical knowledge.

4. Study Material Development:

• Quality Content: Create high-quality study material, including lecture notes, practice questions, and mock tests.
• Relevance: Align study materials with the exam pattern and difficulty level.

5. Student Management:

• Doubt Resolution: Address student doubts promptly through live sessions, online platforms, or dedicated doubt classes.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
