Role & responsibilities

For Content Development Specialist:

• Assist in developing educational content, scripts, and storyboards.
• Research topics related to AI, compliance, and workplace training.
• Collaborate with Digital Media Specialists to align content with visuals.
• Learn and apply instructional design principles.
• Participate in project management and team collaboration tasks.

For Digital Media Specialist:

• Design engaging visuals, infographics, and presentation materials.
• Edit and produce videos using basic editing tools (e.g., Filmora, Canva).
• Learn and apply AI tools for image and video generation.
• Collaborate with Content Development Specialists to enhance content delivery.
• Assist in motion graphics and animation creation.

Preferred candidate profile

(No advanced technical skills required; we will provide comprehensive training.)

• Passion for learning about content creation or digital media design.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Creativity and interest in graphic design or video production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, remote environment.
• Willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies.
