Curriculum-specific client issues.

2nd tier support of our content for customers.

curriculum-specific bugs and report defects.

as an English & Maths Subject Matter Expert (SME), 3 different opportunities with internal teams to resolve issues.

to customers following team communication protocols and other Curriculum Support and Maintenance-related responsibilities as required.

Technical Competencies

Research and analytical skills in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

to complete simple and complex projects, prioritize multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.

interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

adaptable, and flexible while managing shifting internal expectations.

Educational Qualification

Graduation, Post Graduation Degree in English, Maths.

experience or curriculum development experience preferred.

writing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

written/oral communication skills; an ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.
