Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to join our team, specializing in Agriculture Business Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets across these three product segments. The role involves understanding the needs of customers in the agriculture and insurance sectors, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agriculture Business Loans:
• Identify and target agricultural businesses and farmers who may require financial assistance.
• Promote various agricultural loan products including crop loans, machinery loans, and working capital loans.
• Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Build relationships with agricultural businesses, farmers, and other stakeholders to generate new leads and business.
• Track loan repayments and provide support to clients as needed.
2. Life Insurance:
• Introduce and promote life insurance products to individuals and families.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their insurance needs.
• Explain the benefits of various life insurance policies, including term life, whole life, and investment-linked products.
• Customize insurance solutions based on the financial goals and risk appetite of clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide periodic policy reviews and updates.
3. General Insurance:
• Promote general insurance products such as motor, health, property, and business insurance.
• Conduct needs assessments for businesses and individuals to identify their insurance requirements.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on appropriate coverage based on customer needs.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and close insurance deals.
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and claims management, offering support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in agricultural loans, life insurance, or general insurance.
• Strong understanding of financial products, agricultural financing, and insurance offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working in agricultural financing or insurance sales.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector and its financial needs.
• Strong network within the farming and rural community.
