Job Description - Senior Lead Web Developer.

We're seeking a motivated and proactive Lead Web Developer with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, a love for working with people, and a track record of shipping high-quality applications.

What You'll Do :

- Build, lead, develop and provide hands-on leadership for top-notch web developers.

- Advocate for the team's technical interests and needs.

- Work effectively cross-functionally to drive change and influence product and process decisions.

- Effectively scale the team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced, high performing team.

- Instill a culture of automation and engineering efficiency through the use of automated testing and process automation.

- Demonstrate creative problem solving and analytical skills.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of frontline experience leading a diverse set of candidates across various technologies.

- Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale websites.

- Experience building and leading platforms is a plus.

- Experience developing, deploying, and managing software applications in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

- Strong knowledge of web technologies (React.js, Vue.js etc).

- Experience with core web vitals and tech SEO.

- Effectively communicate between teams and within teams to drive alignment and increase effectiveness on delivery.

- Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer.

- Passionate for test-driven development and CI/CD methodologies.

- Highly collaborative problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
