• Crafting, developing, and maintaining C#/C++ applications for various platforms.
• Leading all aspects of project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Crafting and maintaining technical documentation for software solutions.

• A BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./MCA in relevant fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 8+ years of total experience, including 6-8 years in software development and 3+ years in a leadership role. A consistent track record of developing and operating highly scalable software products delivered to end customers; experience with time-series products is a plus.
• Expertise in C#/C++ and OOP concepts, with a preference for C#. Proficiency in C++/C# and Python development.
• Experience in applying design principles and patterns, and proficiency in preparing UML-based design philosophy using class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and state machines.
• Ability to develop complex logic independently, with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of multi-process and multi-threading applications, and experience in Embedded Application Development.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, UART, and CAN.
• Experience with configuration tools like GitLab, understanding of the SAFe Agile working process, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automation test frameworks like GTest or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in Linux platform application development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
