Lead Quality Analyst

Requirements & Skills:

• 8+ years of testing experience including team leadership experience
• Proven track record of delivery high quality, high stake projects in agile environment
• Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient testing teams
• Good hands-on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment, Understand business requirement
• Well versed in Load/Performance testing using Jmeter
• Decent expertise in writing SQL queries and API testing both Manual and Automation 
• Experience with GIT source control and associated plugins
• Configuring build or continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ant, Maven, Shell, PowerShell)
• Good knowledge of Test Automation tools - Selenium, OATS
• Good knowledge of Cypress or Playwright and Appiun is a must have. 
• AWS and MS Azure Fundamental knowledge
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle. 
• Experience with Testrails, Testlink or other Test management tools
• Good experience with Application Monitoring Tools like New Relic, Appsignals or similar.
