QA Web Automation

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Automation Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, define and implement our automation testing strategy, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.

* Define and implement the overall test strategy and approach for automation testing.

* Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

* Develop and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.

* Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

* Analyze test results, identify and troubleshooting issues, and report defects.

* Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices
