Role Lead application Developer- AI/ML
Jd We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Python to develop, deploy, and optimise machine learning models and systems

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML algorithms, hands-on experience with Python, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address real-world problems


Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems


Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability


Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies


Create detailed documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders


Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field


3+ years of experience in AI/ML development using Python


Proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy


Experience with cloud platforms GCP for deploying ML models


Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e

Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
