Lead - Content Programming

1. Curate/Program content titles for Watcho SVOD, across 21+ content partners to drive content discovery, user engagement & consumption.

2. Assist marketing campaigns & comms basis content calendar .

3. Leverage data to understand audience, drive curation & support cross function initiatives.

4. Metadata verification/ creation of relevant tags to contribute to personalisation

5. Oversee content moderation across all languages.

6. Create naming and tagging conventions for content to optimise search

7. Work collaboratively in a team environment with designers, production, project management to resolve inaccuracies

8. Coordinate with asset managers/editors & mentor the team

9. Conflict management- ability to recognise and deal with disputes & confrontations in a rational and effective way.

10. Project Manage- moderation work flow

11. Collate, publish and present content consumption reports to drive better curation

12. Serve as the guardian for content moderation guidelines.
