Job Description
This will be achieved through relationship skills to ensure business accountabilities for risk management are understood, as well as a customer service focus where you will seek to add-value and support the business with their requirements.
Driving enhancements in the risk and control environment across the third-party risk management lifecycle through a focus on continuous improvement.
Maintain close engagement with key stakeholders to ensure TPRM support needs are understood with appropriate allocation of resource, as well as business stakeholders who may require increased support on risk management with requisite training, communication supported by risk domains.
What will you bring
- 7+ years of professional experience with risk management and compliance within the financial service industry, ideally with third-party lens (e.g. Security and data, Third-Party Integrity, Resiliency, ABAC, ESG, Business Continuity, Outsourcing, Procurement, etc.)
- Experience in leading teams with a proven track record of fostering employee engagement and enhancing performance
- Proven stakeholder management expertise, including multiple examples of managing effective relationships and delivery of risk related communication activities
- Demonstrated track record of delivering effectively to operational deadlines Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning in the workplace
- Experience interpreting and understanding regulatory requirements across multiple regimes
- Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment
- Demonstrated customer lens and affinity
- Experience managing cross-border teams
