Lead Engineer - React Native

Job Title: Lead Engineer

Department: Development - Engineering ( React Native)

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly convert innovative ideas into functional prototypes to validate concepts and functionality.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain all aspects of the application stack, including front-end, back-end, database, and API integrations.
• Cross-Platform Development: Ensure applications are scalable and optimized for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure applications meet high standards for usability, performance, and reliability.
• User Feedback Integration: Rapidly iterate on applications based on user feedback and analytics to enhance user satisfaction.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for application architectures, development processes, and deployment strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work in agile teams, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with non-technical team members to align on product vision and priorities.

What You Bring:

Must Have Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years in web and mobile development.
• React Native Mastery: Expert in architecting scalable mobile applications with React Native.
• Proficient in HTML-CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and Type Script for robust, maintainable code.
• API Integration: Strong experience with RESTful APIs.
• Development Tools: Skilled with npm, Testing Library, Jest for efficient development workflows.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS stack (including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.), and other cloud infrastructure tools for reliable and efficient deployments.
• Coding Standards: Strong understanding of coding standards and best practices in JavaScript, ensuring clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering quality output.

Preferred Experience:

• GraphQL and gRPC: Experience integrating with GraphQL and gRPC.
• Cross-Platform Development: Experience with Flutter, Kotlin for Android, and iOS development.
• Backend Development: Experience with Node.js and Express for building scalable server-side applications.
• Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of micro-frontend architecture.
