Lead Engineer 2- GTM India DevSecOps

Objective of the role:

PepsiCo implemented a Go-to-Market solution across various countries of AMESA and APAC sectors. The solution is internally branded as PACE. The current role is to support the solution for India market. The person will be responsible for managing the development lifecycle and operations for PACE. Additionally, the role is also responsible for managing audits to ensure PepsiCo complies to governance standards.

Mandatory Skills:
Good understanding of IT systems that support Sales and Distribution models for CPG. (Example: NewsPage, Botree, IVY Mobility etc)
Good data analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Team Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

-The candidate is responsible for ensuring 100% uptime of the software solution(PACE)
-Interact with Market Business/IT leads and power users.
-Ensure the operations are managed within SLAs and rationalize the new requirement processing.
-Maintain Audit records concerning local authority and PepsiCo Governance standards.

-Periodically share Executive summary with Market IT leads.

-Understand existing processes and implement improvements in coordination with support teams like infra, development and support teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate preferably in Engineering/Science.
Minimum 6 years plus experience in CPG sector
