Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide the Analytics Engineering team.
• Design and develop ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Implement and maintain scalable data models for analytical solutions.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse resources for cost and performance efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in data and analytics engineering (preferably in healthcare data analysis).
• Expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Azure, SQL, ELT tools (Snowpipe, Fivetran).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, integration, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
