Zensar Technologies - Lead Consultant - Alteryx (9-10 yrs)

What's this role about ?

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and data challenges.

- Data Preparation and Analysis: Use Alteryx to clean, blend, and analyze data from various sources.

Workflow Development :

- Design and implement Alteryx workflows on desktop and publish them on Alteryx Server for team sharing.

Security Management :

- Implement and manage security protocols within Alteryx to protect sensitive data.

User Provisioning :

- Configure and manage user access and permissions to ensure appropriate data access levels.

- Review current set up and recommend and execute changes

Policy Configuration :

- Develop & enforce data policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Reporting and Visualization :

- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

Training and Support :

- Provide training to clients on Alteryx tools and best practices, and offer ongoing support.

Environment Administration :

- Act as a subject matter expert to secure and administer the Alteryx environment.

Compliance :

- Ensure that data pulled from Excel databases does not violate company policies and manage file sharing permissions.

Automation :

- Automate roles and responsibilities wherever possible to enhance efficiency.

Global Coordination :

- Based in India with the ability to work cover first half of EST.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Alteryx Designer, knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Security Knowledge :

- Understanding of data security principles and experience with implementing security measures in data analytics platforms.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Communication :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.

- Certification in Alteryx Designer Core or Advanced.

- Familiarity with other data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g, Python, R).
