Job Description
- Manage the implementation of large-scale data analysis ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights.
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching to team members.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
- Conducting data quality checks to ensure insightful information without any errors.
- Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing Startup environment.
WHAT YOU R E GOOD AT
- Proficient in Advance Excel and data analytics.
- Should be well-versed in all functions and controls of Excel (Rank, lndex match, Concatenate etc.) and able to do data validation.
- Basic understanding of Database/Data warehouse, Servers, Cloud Computing, concepts.
- Conversant in using contemporary tools such as Python, R, etc.
- Should have knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic Applications).
- Should be logically sound with strong analytical skills in data compilation and insights.
- Basic understanding of APl integration and automation.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor s degree in a Computer Science, Mathematics or Scientific discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant data analytics consulting or related industry experience.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with great attention to detail.
- Should have working knowledge of BI tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau Power Bl etc.
- Mandatory experience in Project Management leading a team.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
