LCGC Resolute Department Purchase Position Senior Executive
➢ Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance for senior management,
providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
➢ Support in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, cost-saving
opportunities, and areas for improvement
➢ Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
across the supply chain.
➢ Support demand planning activities to forecast future supply needs and prepare
for fluctuations in customer demand.
➢ Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers, ensuring
timely delivery of materials and services.
➢ Support in the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
➢ Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring that SLAs and compliance requirements
are met.
➢ Oversee day-to-day inventory management, ensuring that optimal stock levels are
maintained, and operational costs are minimized.
➢ Assist in developing and executing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency,
reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
➢ Monitor and analyse key supply chain metrics (KPIs), including inventory turnover,
order fulfilment, and lead times, to ensure continuous performance improvement.
➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Finance) to
improve processes and streamline workflows.
