Job Description:
We, at Lauren Group, are seeking an Industry veteran and a seasoned professional to lead our Cyber Security Practice. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team of security consultants, drive strategy and have the ability to understand engagements, business drivers and security enablement opportunities. This individual could be able to work with our pre-sales team to work on prospect leads, create innovative POCs, lead security conversations with clients, take change of the implementations of security projects and create an ecosystem of innovation and growth in the Cyber Security practice in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Strong background in IT Security, Risk and Compliance. 10 plus years of IT Security experience with 7-10 years in leadership roles with increasing responsibilities across major programs in Cyber Security.
• Broader understanding of cyber security threat landscape.
• Ability to work across various OEM range of products (up-skill, if needed) and drive the team for implementations.
• Review and approve the security solutions, effort estimations for upcoming deals and resource requirements.
• Mix of cyber, technical delivery and leading business development and pre-sales conversations.
• Ability to work with the pre-sales team in helping them respond to RFQs, respond to RFIs and document SOW; s.
• Able to provide advice and hands on help to clients during cyber solution / project implementation.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse, delivery management teams through transformation and change.
• Strong influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to develop and communicate portfolio objectives, inspire and motivate team, maintain alignment with business strategy.
• Experience in Project management office functions and/or leading Project management teams as well as leading IT delivery teams.
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies and how organizations may apply them to drive security business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and delegation amongst team or leads.
• Responsibilities Establish strong client relationships in key responsible accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio by becoming trusted advisor for customer.
• Responsible for effective CSAT and NPS score.
• Aligned with security partners for niche product/solution POC Aligned with sales leaders, resource management, and business teams for growth.
• Drive strategic initiative with customer stakeholders on security domains, review incident response planning.
• Oversee compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations.
• Oversee contractual obligations, SLA, KPI for respective business unit / set of customers.
• Responsible for hiring and skill enablement; and provide training/mentoring to security team members.
• Provide global practice leadership by facilitating a community of likeminded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth Accountable for customer referrals with excellent delivery.
