Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM).

Job Overview :

Responsible for ensuring the availability and security of the organization's network infrastructure.

Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices and firewalls to prevent and resolve connectivity and security issues.

The role also involves implementing network security measures, managing access controls, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Address L1/L2 network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN setups.

- Implement and maintain firewall rules and policies (Fortinet preferred).

- Manage VPN configurations and user access control.

- Monitor and analyze network performance.

- Respond to and resolve tickets raised through the ticketing tool or email.

- Collaborate with vendors support for network equipment troubleshooting.

- Provide clear reporting to the lead/manager regarding network health.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall, ACL concepts.

- Hands-on experience with firewalls and security devices.

- Good troubleshooting skills.

- Effective communication and team collaboration.

Experience :

2-4 years in network support or a similar role, with firewall configuration and management experience.

Additional Requirements (optional skills) :

- Corporate experience and strong documentation skills are an added advantage.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
