In just four years, it has gone from two co-founders to a team of almost 100 staff, with offices in London and Paris. Team Role
At Landytech, we provide our clients with a holistic view of their investment portfolios across a wide and diverse set of asset classes and aggregated from multiple data sources. Our Client Delivery and Professional Services Teams are responsible for understanding our clients portfolios, their data, and their analytical and reporting needs. Our goal is to take that understanding and leverage our technology to build a solution that adds value to our clients investment management and client reporting workflows.
The Client Delivery Manager (Investment Reporting) plays a key role within the team and will be responsible for collaborating with our diverse set of clients to understand their use cases and delivering reporting and analytics solutions They then design reporting solutions, working with the client, their team, and internal teams within Data and Product, to build and deliver these solutions through our visualisation tools in Sesame.
What We Are Looking For
  • You will be closely involved in the implementation of clients including asset managers, family offices, private investment offices, and fiduciaries and own the delivery of their reporting needs in collaboration with the other Implementation Teams.
  • You will both be leading a small team and contributing yourself to the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions for our new clients.
  • You will be consulting our clients, drawing conclusions from their feedback and recommending how they should report.
  • You will be assessing feasibility and cost of client reporting requirements pre- and post-sales and putting together Professional Services documents that clearly define the scope of work.
  • You will be developing in-depth knowledge of the domain and our products and applying this when understanding client requirements and advising and training them.
  • You have a keen eye for quality, detail and design and are able to visualise and communicate complex investment and data concepts.
  • You have a strong knowledge and interest in how different types of investors analyse, monitor and report on their portfolios.
  • You have an In-depth understanding of investment products and be able to confidently speak about various products performance and analytics on our Sesame platform.
  • You will be recommending product enhancements and new product opportunities to the Product Management Team and stay on top of new functionalities and applying them.
  • You will take the lead in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organization.
  • You will be part of a new and growing team, having the opportunity to make an impact and develop and maintain a customer satisfaction framework, setting up high standards.
Your Skills Expertise
  • You have 3+ years of client solutions experience in Financial Services or Fintech with an emphasis on reporting, business intelligence or data visualisation.
  • You have some experience as a line manager or a strong desire to take on this challenge as the next step in your career.
  • You have a working understanding of portfolio management and investment strategies, as well as understanding of the main types of financial instruments. Strong knowledge of private market investments and analysis is a plus.
  • You have a proven track record of managing or contributing to multiple complex projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines.
  • You are extremely strong using tools such as Excel and SQL to extract, manipulate and summarise data. Programming knowledge is a plus.
  • You are a great listener and you anticipate clients needs.
  • You are analytical and you have a strong ability to summarize and synthesize detailed information.
  • You have excellent verbal written communication skills, as well as outstanding client and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
