Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience across our platform.

Your work will directly impact the usability and overall user satisfaction of LambdaTest products.

Position : Product Designer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for dashboards and complex web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create user-centric designs.

- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

- Ensure consistency in visual elements, iconography, and layout spacing across the product.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve design solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

Product Design Expertise :

- Proven experience in designing dashboards and complex web applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, preferably for SaaS platforms.

UX Design Proficiency :

- In-depth understanding of user experience principles, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Ability to apply user feedback and analytics to enhance product usability.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools and responsive design techniques.

Attention to Detail :

- Strong grasp of layout spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Collaborative Mindset :

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience designing for SaaS products or enterprise applications.

- Understanding of front-end development principles to ensure design feasibility.
