What You'll Do :

Develop Tools and Technical Solutions :

- Create tools, microsites, and DevOps solutions specifically tailored for testing purposes.

Object-Oriented Analysis and Design :

- Apply OOAD principles and utilize UML Methodology for software development.

- Implement J2EE and Core Java design patterns effectively.

Test Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyze test logs, generate comprehensive test reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing outcomes.

Automation Expertise :

- Utilize Selenium, Robotium, Appium, or similar tools for automating web applications and device testing.

Agile Development Practices :

- Employ Agile methodologies with a focus on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

- Use GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Sonar, and PowerMock to streamline development processes

What you should have :

Education and Experience :

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience as a Developer or SDET.

Communication Skills :

- Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and across various management levels, both in formal and informal settings.

Technical Articulation :

- Capable of effectively articulating technical challenges and proposing viable solutions to stakeholders.

Creativity and Initiative :

- Demonstrates creativity and initiative in expanding product coverage and enhancing testing efficacy.

Team Collaboration :

- Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively within teams and across departments.

Problem-Solving Ability :

- Comfortable tackling ambiguous or undefined problems, with the capability to think abstractly and find innovative solutions.

- Strong programming skills in Java.

- Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (AWS, GCP).

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Selenium, Appium, or other test automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).

- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
