Academic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Program Management:

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CA, ACCA, CMA,

and CS programs.

• Ensure that academic programs align with institutional goals and standards.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of teaching methods and materials.

2. Faculty Support and Development:

• Support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty members.
• Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for faculty.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive academic environment.

3. Student Support:

• Address student academic concerns and provide guidance on academic

matters.

• Oversee academic advising and support services for students.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive student support.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Maintain academic standards and ensure compliance with accreditation

requirements.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of academic programs.

5. Administration:

• Assist in the preparation and management of the academic departments

budget.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage academic records and ensure accurate documentation.

6. Innovation and Improvement:

• Identify and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in professional

education.

• Lead initiatives to improve academic offerings and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education, Academic Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an academic or educational administrative

role

• Strong understanding of academic program development and evaluation.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
