Npd Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) of samples for domestic orders as per the development plan.
• Conduct timely inspection and calibration of new product development and production order fixtures.
• Verify production standard times by comparing production and pilot lot plans with actual performance.
• Ensure timely release and delivery of jigs and fixtures according to sample development and production plans
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain PED Kaizen documents, implement improvements, and achieve cost savings.
• Arrange production order fixtures in line with the monthly production plan.
• Oversee the manufacturing and follow-up of new product development fixtures, both in-house and through outsourcing.
• Assemble fixtures with components for machining processes. Prove out new product development fixtures to ensure functionality and quality.
• Ensure deburring and stamping of new product development parts

Preferred candidate profile :

Diploma or Graduate in Engineering with hands on experience in Design and New product development .
