Role Description

Purpose of the Role

• Reach out to prospect customers based on campaign
• Based on customer segment, Initial briefing of LMW product and services and manage basic level technical questions
• Generate Prospects out of campaign and Decide Handover criteria for business development/sales.
• Follow up continuously with customers based on their feedback
• Maintaining the marketing activities of the respective zones

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Responsible for running the campaigns [Emails & Calls] to generate prospects for the Business Development Funnels to pursue, in order to enhance the sales and BD funnel
• Regularly update customers on the new products and services of the organizations and create the good relationship with the customers.
• Responsible for running the campaigns [Emails & Calls] to generate prospects for the Business Development/sales Funnels to prosecute
• Identify potential customers (prospects) from the house list basis pre-define criteria
• Discover the critical information about these prospects required to target them appropriately by the business development/sales team
• Discover opportunities requiring business development tasks, feeding the field business development funnels
• Clearly update the tracker of campaigns
• Engage with customers and convince them to meet Business Development/Sales Executives for new and existing products
• Identifying new industry association in their respective zones to develop business relationship
• Maintaining marketing materials like sales kit, catalogues in the zonal office
• Engaging in the marketing activities during exhibitions, roadshows and other customer connect programs
• Updating and maintaining the key customer database in the respective zones
• Update prospects/leads from the received sources
• Maintain daily calling activities through given format
• Deliver information/ideas to head office marketing to host a customer connect programs

Job requirements

• Education qualification: B.E /Diploma (Mech/EEE/ECE/Others)
• Experience : 1 - 6 years experience in Marketing .
• Industry : Machine Tool , CNC Machines, Cutting tools, Tool & Die, Precision Engineering, Laser cutting , Die & Mould , Hydraulic machines , Gear manufacturing, SPM Machines , EDM , Injection moulding
• Location : Ahmedabad , Pune and Hyderabad.
