Job Description

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Manager QA/ QMS to lead and oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems within our motor manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Management

Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor the entire production process to identify and address quality issues.
Lead the quality inspection team to ensure adherence to specifications at every stage of production.

2. Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Manage and maintain QMS certifications (e.g., ISO 9001: ISO 14001: ISO 45001) and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Serve as the organization s Management Representative for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits by certification bodies.
Document, monitor, and report key quality metrics and drive corrective actions.

3. Continuous Improvement

Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

4. Supplier and Customer Quality Management

Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes to ensure incoming material meets required standards.
Conduct periodic supplier audits and drive supplier performance improvement programs.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with quality inspection equipment and software.
